Wedding Day Timeline
* Upon arriving at your ceremony location I will find the bride and let her know that I have arrived and see if she is ready to start with portraits of herself alone, with each bridesmaid and with any family members. These are usually done near a window to create soft window light portraits.
* Next I will locate the Groom and his Groomsmen and proceed outdoors to a scenic area to do the traditional images including the Groom with the Best Man, Group poses, fun poses along with the groom alone and with family .
* By this time it is usually time for the ceremony. These images can include the parents entrance, grandparents, bridesmaids, flowergirl and ringbearer and ultimately the Bride's entrance. If allowed I will photograph the entire ceremony and the exit. The receiving line can also be photographed if needed.
* Next I will start with the traditional alter returns. This is where we do the bridal party, Bride & Groom, family, and any re-creations of the ceremony that are needed. Additional lighting is utilized when needed.
* After the alter returns we can do any outdoor portraits at that location or at the additional location. This is where I get creative and pose all of those wonderful photographs that you have pictured in your mind. This is your time to be romantic and enjoy each other. Please allow at least 30-45 minutes for these images. Times will vary according to location.
* Next we will proceed to your reception. Images that can be included are the Bride & Groom's entrance, all introductions, first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, dollar dance, food and cake, tables, toasts, cake cutting, garter and flower toss, any fun happenings and your get-away! We can cover it ALL !
The reception can be photographed "Traditionally" or "Photojournalistic" which means you photographer is involved and guides you or if they stay in the background capturing the festivities as they happen. It is up to you. I can also do a combination of both!
